We also went to Motuara Island to see all the birds and some penguin's, We saw a few baby penguins on the walk up the hill's of Motuara Island.

We went for a walk through tree's and stop near the water fall that had fresh water from the mountain's. On the way back to Curious Cove we also saw dolphin's they were called the Maui dolphin's ,They are the rarest dolphins in the world people took lots of photos and videos.
I really enjoy going to camp.

Environmental issue

I learnt there are lots of ways to help our earth and environment like plastic bags, in stead of plastic bags you could bring your own bag, instead of using the bags at the shop. For the water pollution we could also stop using plastic and other types of rubbish that could harm our ocean, Animals, polluting the sea.

Environmental issue: Deforestation

Environmental issue: Deforestation

We are wondering why people are cutting down trees and how it affects the air we breathe.
Well whenever they cut down a tree they should plant a bit more trees back,
Cause if you are going to continuously cut down tree they would all be gone by now.

People cut down more than 7 million trees each year. Each tree provides 260 pounds of  oxygen each year.

The holiday fun

The holiday fun

In the holidays my auntie came down from Auckland, in a big Air New Zealand plane, but her flight was cancelled till a little while around 3 pm in the afternoon. As my other auntie picked her up, my auntie called us and said she got off safely and said she was on her way down back to Otaki. She stayed over at my cousins house and came over for dinner.

The next day we went out for a walk down to the beach, with both of my auntie's my auntie that came down from Auckland showed us a picture of owl drawings on the stones. and said "We should collect some flat rocks and do some paintings on them", and when we arrive we started collecting all sorts of rocks in many different sizes. When we collected enough we headed home, and on the way home I spotted a ginger cat with white legs. It stopped and sat in the grass. When we got home I put the rocks down and went over to my cousins house. we designed what we were gonna draw. So we made a rough copy and then.
The next day we went shopping in Levin for paints and other things. We went to 3 dollar stores and had a look what they had. So later in the day we went home and started painting rocks.

I had a very fun Holiday spending time with my auntie.
